About Me

Education in most European universities, which increasingly attracts students is conducted in accordance with the Bologna system. What is it and why is it promising to be a university student in a country that signed the Bologna Declaration?

The Bologna education system is a concept adopted in a single educational space for the leading European countries that signed the Bologna Declaration in 1999.

As of 2020, the Bologna Process unites students from 48 countries and is open for new members to join. Russia became a member of the Bologna Process in September 2003, Ukraine two years later. Kazakhstan and Belarus joined the treaty in 2010 and 2015, respectively.

A single learning space is created based on the six basic provisions of the Bologna Declaration.

  1. Adopt a system of scientific degrees that will be comparable between educational institutions, as well as introduce a diploma supplement, which will list all the courses that the graduate attended during his studies. Essayassistant is here for you to help with essay of any kind just order your essay here. Then yours studing was easy. It will be easier for a young specialist to find a job after graduation.

Let's take an example. Student Kostya studies computer science and receives a bachelor's degree in Germany, one of the countries participating in the Bologna Process, but does not want to stay there and goes to Italy. There he can easily find a job, since his diploma is recognized (since the Bologna education system also operates in this country), and employers will have no doubt that Kostya is an “IT specialist” with a good education.

  1. Enter two training cycles - undergraduate program (undergraduate) and master's (graduate). For this graduate you mast write research paper(https://essayassistant.org/write-my-research-paper/).

Kostya can get a bachelor's degree in Germany, and then, after working for several months, decide to continue his studies in Italy, but already on a master's program. At the same time, he will not need to take anything additionally, except for the entrance exams for the magistracy.

  2. Introduce a special points system - a credit system (ECTS or European Credit Transfer System). Each academic discipline in the program "weighs" a certain number of points - the so-called credits.

To transfer to the next course or to be admitted to passing state exams, student Kostya needs to score a certain number of points. Knowing this figure, he can choose subjects so as not to go crazy with stress during the session and at the same time study exactly those disciplines that are interesting to him.

  3. To create the most comfortable conditions for students and teachers so that they can gain experience and knowledge in other European universities.

During his studies, Kostya can spend a couple of semesters at a foreign university as an ordinary student, for example, under the Erasmus program . The credits that he will receive for the subjects he listened to will be taken into account in his “home” university, provided that the specialties or directions of the faculties overlap. When he returns home, he will not have to "catch up" - he will just calmly continue his studies. Such a feature of the Bologna education system will allow Kostya to gain precious experience of studying abroad: practice of a foreign language, new friends, acquaintance with a new culture and mentality, possible employment prospects.

  4. Build a training system so that criteria and methodologies in different universities are comparable.

Remember that student Kostya decided to get a master's degree, but already at an Italian university? So, in the process of training and internships, he will be able to apply all the knowledge acquired at a German university without fear that he will not be understood or this data will be considered outdated. And his studies will be assessed according to approximately the same criteria that were assessed in the process of studying under the bachelor's program.

  5. Promote international student projects in every possible way, support interaction between universities, including curricula and research.  Helping in writing homework, very important for young student (essayassistant.org/homework-help).

During the learning process, Kostya can take part in the development of a new mobile application. And for this, students from Italy, Germany, France, Australia and, say, Argentina will gather.
